Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- Spray oil (of choice)
Instructions
- Pour warm milk + a tablespoon of your sugar (from the ¼ cup) a stir.
- Add in the yeast and it activate for 5-10 minute.
- Add in 3 cups of flour, butter, eggs & salt.
- Mix with a rubber spatula until fully combine.
- Add in the addtion 2 cups of flour and mix until combine. Add flour as needed. You dont want to add too much, make sure that its still a little sticky.
- Add a small amount of flour to the counter and kneed the dough for 5-10 minute or until smooth.
- In a large bowl coat the inside with your choice of spray oil and add your dough in. Spray the top with oil. Be sure to barley put enough for it to not stick to the bowl.
- preheat over to 180.
- Put plastic wrap or a wet rag on top of your bowl with the dough.
- Place in your warm oven and turn the oven off with the door slightly open.
- Let rise for 1-1 ½ hours
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- grease a 9x8 pan
- Punch down your dough and shape into a roll by filling the palm of your hand with dough and pushing it through to tighten the ends.
